MAINS

Roast Turkey
with roast potatoes, sausage & cranberry stuffing, glazed root vegetables, smoked
pancetta and chestnut brussels sprouts and pigs in blankets.
Pan fried Halibut
with a Crab Croquette, asparagus and a leek, saffron and Dill Coulis.
Beef Wellington
with Dauphinois Potato, baby carrots and leeks and an oxtail jus.
Potato Gnocchi
with a Red Pepper Pesto and Baked Sourdough.

with Brandy sauce.
