Panko Coated Blue Cheese, Poached Pear & Walnut Salad (v)
Smoked Duck Breast on Creamy Wild Mushroom & Truffle
with parmesan shavings and a baked crostini.
French Onion Soup (v)
with a cheese topped crouton.
Peppered Smoked Mackerel Pate
with ciabatta and dressed salad.

MAINS

Filet of Bream with Clams, Butterbeans and Chorizo in a White Wine Sauce
with green beans.
Chargrilled Sirloin Steak
with fondant potato, pan fried green beans, pancetta and a port sauce.
Beetroot Risotto (V)
with a dill crème fraiche, parsnip crisps and basil oil.
Roast Chicken Breast with a Wild Mushroom and Brandy Sauce
with dauphinois potato and green vegetables.

Mocha Cheesecake
with chocolate sauce and clotted cream ice cream.
